Here we show two example of clients who wanted their own ‘Ultimate’ open-plan space that not only worked for them but also worked with and enhanced the character and period of their homes.

Farmhouse Flow – Open-plan family living

This client contacted us neededing our help as they were renovating their old farmhouse and had opened up the interiors to create a large Litchen/ Diner and Living Room area. They had lots of ideas but were unsure how to pull it all together to achieve a cohesive space that flowed really well from one room to another.

After completing our interior design style guide the strong message was this space was to be the family hub of the home. We guided, supported them every step of the way to bring their vision to life.  From choosing the ideal flooring, with lighting, paint colours, sourcing a beautiful wall mural, new furniture, curtains and lots of accessories and finishing touches. The cliet was thrilled with the result and we really enjoyed the project too!

Edwardian character with an Industrial Twist

Our client had bought a ground floor apartment in a beautiful,  large, converted Edwardian House. We were tasked with coming up with a design that made the best use of the beautiful space, retaining lovely features, helping them with the furniture layout and suggesting ideas to create the contemporary interior they wanted with a bit of an Industrial twist.

For this project how the open-plan space was going to be used was critical to selecting the right flooring, lighting, paint colours, wallpapers, furniture, blinds and accessories to complete the interior design look they wanted.

We think it works perfectly!
